LAGRANGE, Ky. (WAVE) – A smaller-town renovation Tv application will be making its way to Kentucky dedicated to providing a strengthen to a city in Oldham County.
“Home Town Kickstart,” a spinoff of HGTV’s collection “Home City,” will have hosts Ben and Erin Napier visit with six compact towns in an energy to revitalize the local community.
According to a press release from HGTV, LaGrange was preferred as a person of the six cities to be highlighted in the series, alongside with Buffalo, Wyoming Cornwall, New York Winslow, Arizona Thomaston, Georgia and Minden, Louisiana.
“Erin and I have renovated far more than 80 homes in Laurel, (Mississippi) for Property City and we have noticed how these improvements improve a community for the greater,” host Ben Napier said in a release. “Now, with help from HGTV, we’re likely to proceed what we began and aid much more small cities throughout the nation.”
The plan, which is sponsored by Folks Journal, will supply a three-step mission for just about every city: to renovate a regional hero’s household, to update a small enterprise, and to invigorate a public area.
Folks Journal will then attribute the unique tales of every city and its men and women.
“PEOPLE’s viewers aligns beautifully with HGTV’s viewers,” Dan Wakeford, editor in main of People today journal stated. “We are thrilled to emphasize stories about day-to-day heroes performing to optimistic change in their communities.”
The collection is scheduled to premiere in 2022.
